Their 24/7 tech support is actually pretty responsive from my experience. Had an issue with a script config late one night and they got back to me within an hour or so, got it sorted. They're good.

I think they offer managed support for some VPS plans too? So if you're not super techy, that might be worth looking into. But even for the unmanaged stuff, I've found their basic support to be okay.
